We also offer free consultations with an English speaking lawyer and can arrange mortgages with local banks on very competitive terms and conditions subject to your financial status as well as give you basic financial advice which may help you to decide if buying in Spain is really to your advantage.

We cover La Safor, the northern Costa Blanca and many areas within the Valencia province. The properties on our website are direct from the owners and the prices shown are inclusive of commission which we keep as reasonable as possible enabling us to offer properties at the most attractive prices. If you do not already have a Spanish bank account or N.I.E. number (identification number for foreigners which is essential before you can purchase a property in Spain) then we are happy to make these arrangements for you.

We have an in-depth knowledge of the area, are fluent in English, French, German and Spanish, available for viewings 7 days a week and personally accompany you on all visits. Subject to prior notice we can meet you at either Valencia or Alicante airport (€100 or €75 respectively) as well as arrange your car hire and accommodation.
